Prime Time Boxing in Sacramento, CA is for the person serious about getting in great shape.  The challenge is how do show potential customers why you're service is so different from everyone else?

Watch the e-content movie (right)

and ask your self this question.

Let’s say you’re looking for

a great place for working out in

your area.  Most athletic clubs

have websites however, at best

they have some pictures and some

text about why you should join them.

However one of them shows you

how they’re different and actually

shows you why they’re different.

Even better... they answer your

email questions in 15 minutes

(or less) introducing themselves and

their service.  You may even receive

the information on your iPhone or cell phone with all the information you requested and more (yes the above message is iPhone compatible... try it)!

Now... who do you think will demonstrate they want you as a client?

Customers, clients and patients want to do business with companies that are competitive but what they really want is great service and a business that actively demonstrate they want you as a customer.

I always hear the same non-sense from frustrated sales people.... “Internet customers are a pain in the @#$%...  all they want is the best price... I can’t complete with Acme widgets so I lost the deal...”

The facts are a bit different.  I have over 11 years of data that proves that “Internet” customers pay the same (or more) as customers that don’t know what the Internet is.  By the way... within 2-3 years (if that...) there won’t be an “Internet” customer because all customers will be using the Internet to research (at the least) or outright purchase their products and/or services online.  Your best way to secure a customer is with a simple planned strategy that works virtually every time.  It has nothing to do with the price price of your products or services... it’s simple, effective communication using state-of-the-art technology that anyone can manage.  Getting a customer’s attention by understanding customers expectations and then exceeding them is the key.  Sound simple?  It is.. but very few know how to do it...  I do.
