SUMMARY

The last 12 years of my professional experience has been dedicated to developing a leading edge E-Commerce structure for a top Northern California automobile dealer.  I fostered a solid team to design and produce the tools and infrastructure necessary for establishing a state of the art, innovative way of reaching the internal and external clients of the Niello Company, using the Internet and a customized Intranet site.

My experience as The Niello Company’s  E-Commerce Director allowed me the creative luxury to broaden my skills and abilities in the following areas: Photography, Web-design, Short Films (web-based streaming video), Videography, Final Cut Pro (Cert level 2) editor and Adobe Premiere Pro Editor. 

One of my most proud professional accomplishments has been the ability to direct a creative work team that was wholly responsible for creating and implementing the external and internal marketing vision of the Niello Company; the vision to be Northern California’s leading automobile dealer.

WORKING EXPERIENCE

From 1996- February of 2009 –

2005 - Director E-Commerece/E-Media productions – The Niello Company

2004 – GM Niello Porsche and Website Development – The Niello Company

2001 – GSM Niellp Porsche and Website Development – The Niello Company

1996 – GSM Niello Porsche - The Niello Company

I began with Niello Porsche as the Operations Manager of Retail/Service.  Within 18 months, we moved from a National Sales and Service Rating of 165 (out of 207) to 40.

I accomplished this by developing and E-Commerce infrastructure that included a web site as well as a complete system for e-sales. In 2001 I was asked by the owner of the company to take on the role of E-Commerce director for all The Niello Company locations (7 at the time) as well as becoming the General Manager for our Porsche location. In 2005 I was promoted to Corporate E-Commerce/E-media Director for the company overseeing and establishing all systems and procedures for 14 The Niello Company franchises.

1995 - 1996 Sonnen Motor

Used Car Manager

I started with Sonnen Motors in San Rafael, CA as a Porsche, Audi, VW salesman and was promoted to Used Car Manager within 4 months.
